  • Disassembly and damage verification - Comprehensive assessment of the shaft condition, identification of damage, and preparation of a detailed regeneration plan.
  • Surface treatment and preparation - Removal of the old polyurethane layer, cleaning of the metal surface, and preparation for applying a new coating.
  • Application of a new polyurethane layer - Precise application of the polyurethane coating with appropriate hardness and elasticity parameters, tailored to the customer's specifications.
